佐倉藩に伝わるサムライの衣・食・住を通して武家文化を知り、伝統(歴史)を学ぶ本格的なサムライ体験です。黒船来航によって風雲急を告げる幕末の日本を舞台に繰り広げられるストーリー型の体験プログラムです。
ContentThis is an authentic samurai experience that allows you to learn about samurai clothing, food, and housing, and understand the warrior culture passed down in the Sakakura domain. Set against the backdrop of the turbulent Bakumatsu period in Japan, heralded by the arrival of the black ships, this is a story-driven experiential program.

【衣の体験 武家装束】 受付場所：小川園本店
武家の装束である羽織袴・打掛・甲冑を着ることができます。
You can wear the samurai attire such as the haori hakama, the uchikake, and armor.
☆ポイント
装束の着方やデザインに込められた意匠、装束を着た時の所作を学ぶことができます。
You can learn about the design and the meaning embedded in the way of wearing the costume, as well as the mannerisms when wearing it.
【江戸時代にタイムスリップ】 場所：ひよどり坂
江戸時代から変わらない竹林の道を歩きながら１８５７年の佐倉藩にタイムスリップします。
As I walk along the bamboo path that has remained unchanged since the Edo period, I time slip back to the year 1857 in the Sakura Domain.
☆ポイント
黒船来航にゆれる日本の様子やサムライが外出する時に注意していた事、持ち物など、案内役のサムライに手ほどきを受けながら江戸時代の景色が広がるひよどり坂を通り江戸時代にタイムスリップします。
Experience the sights of the Edo period as you walk along the Hiyodorizaka, guided by a samurai who will instruct you on the state of Japan during the arrival of the Black Ships, the precautions samurai took when going out, and what possessions they carried.
【剣術体験】場所：
佐倉藩に伝わる古流剣術を間近に見ることができます。
サムライは敵に襲われた時どのように戦ったのか！？
You can see the ancient swordsmanship passed down in the Sakura Domain up close. How did the samurai fight when they were ambushed by enemies!?
☆ポイント
剣術体験を通してその動きに込められた戦術的思考力・胆力を学ぶことができます。
１時間のトレーニングで実際に畳束を斬れるようになります。
Through the swordsmanship experience, you can learn the tactical thinking and courage embodied in those movements. In just one hour of training, you will be able to actually cut through a stack of tatami mats.
【住の体験】場所：武家屋敷
サムライはどのような暮らしをしていたのか？武家屋敷を内覧してその暮らしぶりを体感します。
What kind of life did the samurai lead? Experience their way of life by touring a samurai residence.
☆ポイント
武家屋敷に隠された侵入者を阻む仕掛けや防災対策になった戦備えを体験し、武士の危機管理能力を学ぶことができます。
You can experience the mechanisms hidden in the samurai residence to thwart intruders and the defense measures that were used for wartime preparedness, learning about the crisis management abilities of the samurai.
【食の体験 サムライ御膳と武家茶道】 場所：小川園本店
武家ならではの食事と茶道を体験します。
You will experience the cuisine and tea ceremony unique to the samurai class.
☆ポイント
武士の食生活を体験！当時の調理や保存方法を知ることで武士の栄養・体調管理に対する考え方を学びます。
一般的な江戸時代の食事や茶道との違いを講師から聞きながら武家ならではの所作を身に着けることができます。
Experience the dietary habits of samurai! By learning about the cooking and preservation methods of the time, you will understand the samurai's approach to nutrition and health management. You can also learn the unique manners of the samurai while listening to the instructor about the differences between typical Edo period meals and tea ceremonies.
